INFORMATIVA PRIVACY ART. 13 REGOLAMENTO UE 2016/679
Oggetto: Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento Ue 2016/679 i dati personali da Lei volontariamente forniti con la compilazione del form “iscriviti alla newsletter” saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa prevista dal Regolamento Ue 679/2016.
Finalità: I dati personali volontariamente forniti compilando il form di iscrizione al servizio newsletter saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la finalità di invio della nostra newsletter.
Titolare del trattamento: Titolare del trattamento è Edra Spa, Via Livornese Est n. 106, 56035 – Perignano (PI).
Responsabile della protezione dei dati (DPO): La Edra Spa non necessita della figura del responsabile della protezione dei dati ai sensi dell’art. 37 del Regolamento Ue 679/2016.
Base giuridica del trattamento: La base legale del trattamento è il consenso dell’interessato.
Modalità di trattamento e conservazione: I dati raccolti (indirizzo email) sono trattati prevalentemente con strumenti informatici.
Il trattamento sarà svolto in forma automatizzata e/o manuale, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dall’art. 32 del GDPR 2016/679 ad opera di soggetti appositamente incaricati. I Suoi dati personali saranno conservati fino all’eventuale revoca del consenso.
Ambito di comunicazione e diffusione: Dei Suoi dati ne potranno venire a conoscenza il personale dipendente o collaboratore della nostra azienda, da noi espressamente designato “incaricato del trattamento” e nominato “responsabile esterno del trattamento”.
I suoi dati personali non saranno diffusi.
Categorie particolari di dati personali: La società non necessita di trattare dati personali aventi natura “particolare” ai sensi dell’art. 9 del Regolamento Ue n. 2016/679.
Esistenza di un processo decisionale automatizzato, compresa la profilazione: La Edra Spa non adotta alcun processo decisionale automatizzato, compresa la profilazione, di cui all’articolo 22, paragrafi 1 e 4, del Regolamento UE n. 679/2016.
Natura obbligatoria/facoltativa del consenso: Il conferimento dei dati personali dell’interessato (indirizzo email) relativi al trattamento per la finalità di “iscrizione al servizio newsletter” ha natura facoltativa e richiede un espresso consenso. Il mancato consenso impedisce la possibilità di ricevere la newsletter
Diritti dell’interessato: In ogni momento Lei potrà esercitare i diritti previsti dal Regolamento Ue 2016/679 dagli articoli dal 15 al 22 e in particolare il diritto di:
a) chiedere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di propri dati personali;
b) ottenere le indicazioni circa le finalità del trattamento, le categorie dei dati personali, i destinatari o le categorie di destinatari a cui i dati personali sono stati o saranno comunicati e, quando possibile, il periodo di conservazione;
c) ottenere la rettifica e la cancellazione dei dati;
d) ottenere la limitazione del trattamento;
e) ottenere la portabilità dei dati, ossia riceverli da un titolare del trattamento, in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, e trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti;
f) opporsi al trattamento in qualsiasi momento ed anche nel caso di trattamento per finalità di marketing diretto;
g) opporsi ad un processo decisionale automatizzato relativo alle persone fisiche, compresa la profilazione;
h) chiedere al titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai dati personali e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento che lo riguardano o di opporsi al loro trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati;
i) revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato prima della revoca;
j) proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante.
