Information concerning the processing of personal data, in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
In accordance with the Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, no. 196, we hereby provide you with all due information concerning the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data, as well as the nature and sources of the data in our possession.

2. Methods of data processing
Personal data processing will be carried out by electronic, automated and/or manual methods, to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons authorized to do so in compliance with the requirements of Art. 31 and following of D.Lgs. 196/03.
3. Context and purposes of communication and reporting of personal data
Your data will/can be communicated, inside and outside the EU, to the following categories and subjects
Public authorities, administrations and organisms of law enforcement
Sales network for necessary contractual obligations
Third parties responsible for specific functions of collaboration with our company for fulfillment of necessary contractual obligations
Companies, agencies, consortia, associations with purposes of market research, management of information services, insurance companies and banking institutes, in the cases and within the limits stipulated by law
Any ulterior communication or reporting of personal data requires your express consent
4. Nature of concession
Concession of data is obligatory for you to the extent that it is required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Failure to grant consent for cases not related to legal or contractual obligations is optional and will be evaluated by the undersigned case by case, and will determine the resulting decisions in relation to the importance of the data requested and not granted.
The data processor also informs you that eventual lack of communication, or incorrect communication, of obligatory information, can have the following consequences:
the impossibility of the data processor to guarantee the appropriateness of the treatment itself for the contractual purposes, which may lead to lack of correspondence of the results of the treatment to the obligations imposed by the tax code, administrative or labor regulations.
The data will be treated throughout the entire duration of the contractual relationship and even afterwards, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes. You can exercise the rights regarding the data stipulated by Art. 7 (attached) within the limits and conditions outlined in Articles 8, 9 and 11 of D. Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196, by contacting the data processor. 5. Rights specified in Art. 7 of the “Code for the processing of personal data”
We inform you that you can exercise, free of charge and at any time, the rights specified by Art. 7 et seq of D. Lgs. no. 196/03, including – for example – the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and their communication in intelligible form, the indication of the source of the data, the purposes and methods of its processing, the identity of the data processor and the parties responsible for the data, the subjects to which the data can be communicated or which can gain access to the data in their positions of responsibility, the updating, correction or integration of the data, of the canceling, transformation in anonymous form or of the block of personal data in violation of the law, and the right to oppose wholly or in part the relative use of the data, by means of a request addressed without formalities to the data processor.
